One contributor's bring-up on Linux reached and ran the first level; most fixes are now merged into main, but it is not yet reported whether plain main alone is enough, and performance fixes are still open.

Where it stands
Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection has been brought up by one contributor (XairRrR) on Arch Linux with an RTX 4070 Ti SUPER. Over October 9-10 they fixed one startup stop after another, and most of those fixes are now merged into main. The pull requests describe the game running through its first level, so it is past the menus and movies and into gameplay. No screenshots, frame rates or play reports have been posted, so we cannot say how well it can be controlled or how it looks.
What was fixed: the intro and menu movies now play (the movie decoder library was implemented), a depth-clear drawing method works, several graphics-shader problems that stopped the game at its first special draws are fixed, and a graphics-driver crash right after the first level loads was fixed. A few smaller startup stops (a missing voice-chat call, a live-streaming status call, debug-marker handling) were also cleared.
What is left: the game is slow in the first level while it streams data. Pull requests still open describe about 1,000 large CPU copies every 10 seconds (about 15 GiB per 10 s of reads) that one change cuts to 316 MiB per run, and frames over 150 ms where one thread waits on a lock while shaders compile. One more missing call (a variable-refresh-rate function) stops the game on main until its pull request is merged.
Only Linux with an NVIDIA card is reported. Nothing is said about Windows or macOS.

What is stopping it
- Stops on main at a missing variable-refresh-rate call (sceVideoOutVrrUnpegFromFixedRate); the fix is still open. Thread
- Slow first level: about 1,000 large CPU copies every 10 s because big buffers cross several memory pieces; a fix is open. Thread
- Frame spikes over 150 ms because every thread creating shaders waits behind one compile; a fix is open. Thread
How it got here
- Movie playback support (libSceVdecsw) is merged; the game plays its intro and menu movies through it. Source
- Fix for a crash at the first rect-list draw (duplicate shader binding) is merged. Source
- Fix for a screen-flip request that arrived before its buffer was registered is merged. Source
- Depth and stencil clear draws, which the game uses, are supported. Source
- A driver crash right after the first level loads is fixed (invalid shader code that the NVIDIA driver crashed on). Source
- A graphics format used in the first level (two-channel 8-bit with swapped channels) is supported. Source
- Missing shader variants are now prepared when first used; the game prepared 6 such variants in its first 7 minutes and kept going. Source
- A startup stop on a missing voice-chat mute call is fixed. Source
